A 40% non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is to be paid upon agreement while the remainder is due up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. (1 week before, for weddings and other events.) Should there be a need to reschedule, you may put the deposit towards another date and reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. (1 week before, for weddings and other events.) If you DO NOT wish to reschedule, you will not receive the 40% deposit back.

Photographer retains copyright over the photographic work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the photographic work for family and friends both online and offline.
